CMSA Administration Building located at 1301 Andersen Drive, San Rafael, CA 94901 After meeting at the Admin Bldg, CMSA representatives will escort prospective bidders to the San Quentin State Prison for the mandatory pre-bid conference site walk. See attached for requirements of visit.
Estimate: $277,000
The work includes replacing San Quentin Pump Station's standby diesel generator, day tank systems, appurtenances and piping, automatic transfer switch, ventilation fans, ducting systems, and various electrical upgrade. The existing equipment will be demolished, and replacement equipment will be furnished and installed by the Contractor. Project duration is 180 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
