The project is generally described as an 8,000 square foot interior renovation with related exterior work. The renovation is to update existing labs into a new medical research environment on the 9th Floor of Sanger Hall. This will include the installation of a new HVAC unit on the 8th Floor, a new Chiller on the roof above the 12th Floor, and a new compressor on the 10th Floor. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
