The Work will consist of:The buildout of a Regional Burn Center, to be located on the Third Floor of the existing West Wing (Building K). The Burn Center will consist of an 8-bed Burn Intensive Care Unit, a 6-bed Step-down Unit, a Burn Surgical Suite with one Operating Room, two Hydrotherapy Rooms, a Physical Therapy Room, an Out-patient Clinic and Administrative Office and Support Spaces. The Occupancy Group is Group I-2 and the project is under the jurisdiction of Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD-1). Bonds required. Previalong wages.
