Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete floor replacement Santa Rita Jail Housing Unit 25 Pods D, E, and F, located at 5325 Broder Boulevard, Dublin. This is a full turn-key project, and the Contractor is to provide all necessary work required to complete floor replacement project including the removal of approximately 4,000 square feet of existing broadloom carpet and replacement with Allied Eco-Grip flooring (6.5 mm). Contractor’s personnel who perform any work in County detention facilities must successfully pass & maintain to the satisfaction of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) a security & background check performed by ACSO (“Clearance”). This is an individual clearance and will be required for this Project. Questions must be submitted 10 business days before the bid due date. The time to complete this project is one hundred eighty-two (182) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. GFE requirements apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
