Attendance at the meeting is limited to a maximum of 2 team members per Bidding Contractor due to social distancing requirements. All attendees will be required to wear a face mask and keep six feet social distancing at all times while on School District U-46 premises.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: select interior demolition and remodeling of the existing building including new partition wall construction, painting, finished flooring and ceilings, doors and hardware, metal guardrails, and casework. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing replacements are included throughout the building. 10% bonds. Kane County, IL.
