Estimate: $220,000-$240,000

Description of Project: A portion of the 1840 wood framed original Schuyler House building has deteriorated due to water infiltration at the connection of the northeastern exterior steel framed stairway. Repair the exterior stairway and the deteriorated portion of wall which includes both steel and wood repairs, including foundation repairs. Repair architectural finishes impacted by the deteriorated structure, consistent with existing finish and install two (2) new doors. Replace electrical in-kind due to water infiltration. Start within 90 days of written authorization to proceed. Completion date is August 1, 2022.
