Demolition and construction of a new screen house building for the Town of Culpeper Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project consists of removing the existing Headworks Building and replacing it with a block building on top of the existing foundation. The new building is planned to be constructed on the area of the existing building, above the treatment tank. Finished grade at the new building is planned at EL 367. The new building is planned to be about 46 by 40 feet in plan dimensions, with a 10-foot canopy section of the south side of the building. Bonds required.
