This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of sealcoat on the following roads in the following counties: US 67, FM 899 FM 4000 & FM 1896 in Titus Co.; US 59 & FM 134 in Marion Co.; FM 144 & SH 77 in Morris Co.; SH 77, SH 43 & FM 249 in Cass Co.; SH 154, FM 1975, SH 300 & FM 2455 in Upshur Co.; FM 1970, FM 31, FM 123, FM 2517 & FM 3359 in Panola Co.; FM 134, FM 449 & FM 2625 in Harrison Co.; FM 993, FM 1975, FM 2455 & SL 179 in Camp Co.; FM 3287, SH 98 & FM 2149 in Bowie Co. Patch, repair, clean up each project and apply work zone pavement markings to each individual project before conducting further sealing operations. The latest roadway start work date is June 2, 2023. The Work Start Date and beginning of Working Day Charges for this project will be May 1, 2023. Time for Completion: 80 working days. DBE Goal: 0%
