This RFQ is for four (4) acres which would accommodate the first phase of the proposed development. The entire site consists of 12.5 acres at Seccombe Park and there may be opportunity for future phases. The proposed affordable housing site is located on the NW corner of Sierra Way and 7th Street, within the confines of Seccombe Park (see Exhibit A). Seccombe Park is a 44 acre park with volleyball courts, a ½ mile walking track, three (3) playground areas, barbecue grills, picnic tables and a lake with fishing (stocked by the Department of Fish and Game). Q&A due by 09/29/20 at 5PM.
