The contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to fully maintain and to provide quarterly comprehensive preventative maintenance, annual maintenance services, on-call repair services, and emergency repair services, training, support, conversions and modernization of the building automation system manufactured by Reliable Controls, Inc. located in three (3) buildings on the Alexandria Campus of Northern Virginia Community College – Bisdorf (AA), Engineering (AE), and Fine Arts (AFA). The Contractor shall be a Reliable Controls, Inc. factory authorized service contractor. This scope includes all equipment related to the energy management system, including but not limited to meters, valves, actuators and other connected components. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
