Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid to provide pumping, transportation, treatment and/or disposal of sludges and raw sewage from all of the County`s wastewater treatment plants and collection systems, including manholes & wet wells on an emergency and non-emergency basis. Minimum Requirements For Submitting A Bid Bidder`s shall currently possess, or will possess at the time of award, the following: 1. A Residuals Management Facility Permit issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection 2. A Florida Department of Environmental Protection approved Agricultural or Dedicated Use Plan 3. 24 hour / 7 day response capability with one (1) hour response time for emergencies 4. Able to provide video of sewer mains and laterals 5. A minimum of one (1) jet truck for high pressure cleaning, unplugging and flushing of sewer lines and wet wells 6. A minimum of two (2) tanker trucks, each meeting the following specifications: a. Capacity of 4,000 gallons (maximum) and 2,500 gallons (minimum) b. Vacuum pump c. Three inch diameter suction hose with male/female cam-lock fittings (minimum length of 80 feet) d. Fill sight gauge e. Capable of accessing remote rural areas in Citrus County f. Capable of transfer pumping from wet wells to force main connections
