The County of Volusia is seeking competitive Bids for sewer and drain clean out services. The Agreement issued as a result of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be used on an as needed basis for facilities throughout the County. There is no guarantee of any minimum future expenditures for these services. Contractor pricing shall include all labor, supervision, and equipment to provide the above-mentioned services.
