The Base Bid Work includes demolition of existing sewer lift station, construction of new lift station, installation and operation of a temporary sewer bypass system, installation of gravity sewer lines, force-mains by trenching and slip-lining, maintenance holes, site paving, gate and fencing and functional testing of new lift station. The Bid Add Alternate Work includes base repairs and slurry seal of a bike path; base repairs, AC patching and slurry seal of street sections; curb, gutter and sidewalk repairs; and striping; conduit installation with force-main slip-lining. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
