In general, the project consists of the remodel of the existing office building to be used as the Shasta County Sheriff’s South County Patrol Station and Emergency Operations Center. The work includes demolition and relocation of existing walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and casework. Included in the project are metals, woods, casework, doors, finishes, specialty electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. The Work shall be substantially completed 180 calendar days from the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
