Due to damage caused by Hurricane Michael, the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids to to repair the roof of the Sheriff’s Office building located at 4012 Lafayette St. Marianna, Florida 32446. The construction consists of approximately 23,638 square feet of repair work. The structural retrofit roof sub-framing system will provide support for a new metal roofing system constructed over the existing building roof. All Bids must be in a lump sum basis. Work shall be performed in accordance with Exhibit 2 Scope of Work. All questions shall be submitted no later than 4:00 pm (CDT) on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
