Proposers (Architect) must provide a specific, well-developed scope of work for all tasks and are expected to incorporate their own expertise into the scope and propose modifications they deem necessary or advisable. Additionally, all work shall comply with all applicable codes, regulations, specifications, and guidelines governing this work and all local jurisdictions having authority.
