This project consists of the cleaning, demolition, and remediation of the existing indoor firing range into general storage space. This project includes lead cleaning, removal of all associated backstops, deflectors, and other associated firing range items. The existing walls shall be epoxy painted, existing deck and structure shall be painted, existing pit infilled with concrete, and the existing concrete slab shall have a resinous flooring system installed. Project also includes minimal mechanical and electrical work associated with the lead cleaning and remediation. No alterations are being made to life safety, occupant load, or path of egress.
