Construction of improvements to rehabilitate the Silver Mesa Pool which includes refurbishing the entire swimming pool area to include the swimming pool, pool deck areas, drains, recoating, pool crack repair, plaster and tile, exterior deck recoating, play feature replacement / refurbishment, associated work, and all other appurtenances as required. The facility is located at 4095 Allen Lane, North Las Vegas, NV 89032 and was built in 2001. The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
