The location of that job walk and conference shall be at each school location in the order noted below. A. Romero Cruz Academy School: 2701 W. 5th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92703. B. Godinez Fundamental High School, 3002 Centennial Road, Santa Ana, CA 92704 C. Cesar Chavez High School, 2128 Cypress Avenue, Santa Ana CA 92707. Please meet at the flag pole. The jobwalk and conference will commence promptly at 9:00 am on May 24, 2022.

Contractors must be prequalified. Project: Single Point of Entry (SPOE) – Group 3B: Chavez HS, Godinez HS & Romero Cruz Academy. All prequalification questionnaires will be received until June 2, 2022. The Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for New Construction, Addition, Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects dated June 27, 2017 entered into between the District and various labor unions (the “CWA”). The successful bidder and its subcontractors will be required by the District to be bound by the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49. Bonds required.
