Several years ago, some conduits containing fiber lines were horizontally drilled thru a storm pipe, and the patch around the conduits wasn’t installed correctly, causing soil loss below grade, and a sinkhole at grade. Attached photo shows the conduits passing thru the storm. Note the water level in the storm line is present and to be considered as present when the work is being performed. Dewatering of the site to implement the work is included in this bid package. The contract is to commence May 1, 2021 and complete prior to June 15, 2021. DuPage, IL.
