The project includes addition and/or modification of site wide stand by generator/s for the Dallas District Headquarters. 1. Provide new generator systems serving existing buildings as shown on drawings. 2. Provide screen wall to conceal the two generators being added at the front of the site from view. 3. Add the following to the existing generator serving Buildings D,E,F, and G: a. Dual service docking station b. Fused disconnect to isolate from utility power c. Blue pillar monitoring system d. Coordinate timing between duplicate ATS’ at building D generator and new generator serving Building A, B, D, J, K, L, and M. 4. Add Blue Pillar monitoring system at existing Dal-Trans generator. HSP required. Work is to be completed in full in 462 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
