The project consists of constructing a Southbound left turn lane on Babcock Street located in Brevard County. The lead agency for the construction will be the City. The construction will include grading, fill for subbase and base material, require milling existing pavement and then paving and striping. The project will also complete tie-in connection of 96 linear feet of the St. Johns Heritage Parkway which will also include fill and subbase, base and asphalt pavement to tie the existing pavement on Babcock Street. Construction shall include all incidentals items for work to be performed as per the construction plans for Phase 2 Babcock Left Turn Lane and pay quantities provided in each of the bid documents. The selected contractor shall furnish and install all construction work identified on the plans per the specifications identified herein.
