It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada to modernize two (2) escalators, which serve the skybridge leading to the parking garage. Leaving the existing escalator backbone in place and installing modular units. Contractor to provide all necessary demolition, modular units, lifting equipment, electrical wiring, controls, motors, and other items to provide a fully functioning set of escalators as put forth in the drawing, specifications, and other documents as mentioned in this ITB. Contractor to provide construction walls, floor and wall protection, all necessary equipment, and parts for lifting of the modular units into place. Procurement phase of project shall be 25 weeks, with installation phase being 18 weeks, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled “Escalator Modernization” per the drawings, plans, and specifications provided in the attached as Attachment D, Special Conditions/Project Manual, Attachment E, Technical Specifications, and Attachment F, Plans, subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB. Estimated time for the total Project is three hundred fifty-one (351) calendar days. Question Cutoff Date: 4/28/2021 05:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
