Sitewide interior painting excluding Bldgs G, K, and M. Contractor shall remove curtains, signs, and fire extinguishers, protect, store, and re-install after paint; Contractor shall prep and paint the interior walls of building including but not limited to doors, door numbers, walls, trim, raceways, cabinets, and floating soffits. Additive Alternate 1, Interior Ceiling work: Sitewide interior ceiling painting excluding Bldgs G, K, and M. Contractor work shall included but is not limited to: prep and paint the ceiling, ductwork, and wire molding. Additive Alternate 2, Exterior Painting: Complete sitewide exterior painting to include but not limited to: Painting of all previously painted surfaces; Stripping of all brick surfaces and re-coating with graffiti resistant coating, and any existing brick surfaces untreated will require a new coat; Perform any minor surface repairs prior to paint; Prior to paint at all doors, remove all weather-stripping , paint surface, and re-install weather-stripping. Prior to paint remove mounted signage paint/coat surface and reinstall.; Proper remediation of any surfaces containing lead; Re-paint existing door numbers, misc. benches, poles, gates, and playground equipment; Provide protection for all overspray; Remove expanded metal over windows, paint, and re-install (unless otherwise noted). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
