Bidders shall meet in the parking lot at C.D. Hylton High School, 14051 Spriggs Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22193.

Trades: General Contractor GC

Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment, delivery, resources and stamped shop drawings as may be required for the removal, disposal and replacement of six (6) 12’ x 12’ skylights and one (1) 25’ x 65’ skylight. The glass shall be 1/4” hard coat low-e tempered outer pane and 3/8” laminated inner pane to match existing and the sealant shall be a neutral cure silicone. Work start date: 6/20/22, with substantial completion by 8/5/22. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date.
