Work includes site improvements ocnstruction adjacent to the existing 7500 Building. work consists of site clearing, grubbing for new hardscape; new concrete parking slab for police vehicles with associated concrete ramp, landing and steps at new exterior door location. new decomposed granite area for golf cart vehicle storage, new chain link perimeter enclosure with swing gates, panic hardwareand rolling rates for vehicle access; pavement striping/painting for delineation of parking areas, vehicle access and other. Work shall be conducted in single phase. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
