The contractor shall provide the necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to accomplish the following: 1. Install and remove scaffolding within each of the three boilers once. 2. Provide air permits for contractors to enter the boilers. 3. Install scaffolding as a multi-level structure within the boilers providing safe access to all areas of the inside of the boiler firebox. 4. Provide scaffold flooring with flat surfaces to facilitate safe movement within the boiler. Install and remove scaffolding one boiler at a time at the direction of the Government between the following dates: 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020.
