Include “Site Investigation: 2020-AD-0006” as the subject. Provide the company name, representative name, contact phone number, and the preferred date in the email body. A return email will be provided with the schedule time. Only a single representative will be permitted to attend the site visit
This project includes: renovation of the first floor of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority Headquarters Building to create new office spaces. Some of the existing walls, finishes, and systems will be removed. New walls and finishes will consist of gypsum board on metal studs, ACT and gypsum board ceilings, carpet, and tile. New VAV boxes and branch ductwork will be required for the HVAC system. A new toilet will be included. New electrical panels and distribution will be required. Bid bond is required.
