The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials, as necessary, to repair or replace tunnel wall tiles in the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) and the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel(MMMBT) in accordance with tile manufacturer’s instructions and as specified herein.
