DOC is seeking a SBSD certified vendor to professionally power wash fourteen (14) buildings located at the Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women. Work shall include siding, eaves, soffits, steps (where applicable) and foundation. The successful bidder shall not use any caustic or acid type cleaners during the performance of work that will damage the buildings or environment. The successful bidder shall furnish all equipment and cleaning solution. Any damage to glazing, pointing, expansion joints or window seals shall be noted prior to power washing. Agency’s desired delivered time: 21 calendar days. Small business set-aside priority. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date.
