The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services is soliciting Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contractor to remove and replace approximately 2,254 Square Feet (SF) of Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), carpet, and painted flooring and install approximately 2,254 square feet of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring. Also, the contractor shall install approximately 600 Linear Feet (LF) of 4” cove base. This is a Small Business Reserve procurement for which award is limited to certified small business vendors. Bonds required.
