Maryland Department of General Services will accept bids for Repair Underground Heating / Cooling Leak. The work to be accomplished under this contract is located between the Court of Appeals Building, 361 Rowe Blvd. Annapolis, Maryland & the Tawes Complex Pod E, 580 Taylor Ave. Annapolis, Maryland, in the area known as Tawes Garden. The successful contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, insurance, licenses, etc. required to repair the underground water leak in the heating or cooling piping. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the start date of the contract. This is a small business reserve only solicitation. The deadline for questions has been established as Monday, October 3, 2022, at 3:00pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
