This solicitation is designated for businesses that are certified by the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (“SBSD”) as a Small, Woman, and Minority-owned (SWaM), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), or Employment Services Organizations (ESO) businesses. Bonds required.
