The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the provision of elevator preventive maintenance and repair. This includes all labor, materials, parts, supervision, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, etc., necessary to provide repairs, adjustments, emergency service, preventive maintenance, inspections, testing and personnel extraction services on elevators and chair lifts (hereafter referred to as elevators) at various MDTA locations on a 24/7 basis. (See Appendix 5 for the list of MDTA locations). This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Q&A due by 2pm, 11/5/21.
