The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Invitation for Bids to engage a Small Business Enterprise(“SBE”) firm contractor to complete the all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment and materials to renovate and replace the commercial kitchen at the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Services, Engine 4 located at 2531 Sherman Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001. ONLY Bidders that are certified by the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development (“DSLBD”) as an SBE at the time of the Bid Due Date are eligible. Q&A due by 5pm, 8/9/21. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
