The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide plumbing maintenance, repair, and emergency services, as outlined in this IFB, at properties located in St. Mary’s County. The work under this contract shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishings of all labor, materials, equipment, ladders, scaffolds, hoists, services, and any other equipment necessary to satisfactorily execute and complete the project in full compliance with the Contract requirements. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Questions due by May 11,2022 at 11:00AM.
