The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“District”, “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from those entities (“Offerors”) interested in performing construction projects at DCPS, DPR, and municipal facilities (“Project Locations”) during the 2022 fiscal year. Only contractors that are certified by the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development (“DSLBD”) as a SBE are eligible. Q&A due 2pm, 10/22/21.
