Over the next year, Valley Medical Center may invite qualified firms on this Roster to bid on projects from $35,000 - $350,000. Rosters will be established for: AP, boiler system, electrical, general construction, fire sprinklers, painting & wall covering, steel studs & gypsum wall board, HVAC, telecommunications/data cabling, concrete, carpentry, roofing, plumbing & site utilities. All Washington licensed contractors that maintain bonding & insurance may become part of the Rosters.
