Work includes but is not limited to concrete footings and slab, steel columns and steel roof structure with wood decking, and standing seam metal roof and flashings. Install continuous accessible concrete pathway running generally north to south from the entry of the Seminar II Building Cluster C to the smoking shelter. Install electrical power and lighting at the smoking shelter and site lighting. There is an additive alternate for an additional accessible pathway running east to south from the back of the Seminar II Building Cluster C to the smoking shelter. This alternate also includes site lighting. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
