The contractor shall provide equipment and operators to perform snow and ice removal services on an as needed basis. Prospective Snow and Ice Control Contractors for Bedford Residency, The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is pleased to provide the electronic M7B bidding site, Plow4VA for the 2021/2022 snow removal season. Please go to https://www.plow4va.com/ to submit your M7B Snow Removal Equipment Agreement. All new and returning Contractors must be active in the Virginia eProcurement Portal (eVA) in order to do business with the Commonwealth of Virginia Term of agreement shall be from date the vendor agreement is approved through April 30 the following year. SBE documentation required.
