The contractor shall provide equipment and operators to perform snow and ice removal services on an as needed basis. Vendors must be registered in the Virginia eProcurement Portal (http://www.eva.virginia.gov/), and Snow Removal Agreements bid packages must be submitted at htttps://plow4va.com/ by 10/15/21. Equipment submitted beyond 10/15/21 will be used to fill voids in the snow removal plan, as needed. Term of agreement shall be from date the vendor agreement is approved through April 30 the following year. SBE documentation required.
