The Contractor shall furnish all operators, labor, materials, fuel (re-fueling) and equipment necessary to perform the required services for Snow and Ice from the Harford County, Department of Emergency Services locations. Due to the nature of work at these locations, the Contractor shall maintain the appropriate personnel necessary to meet the demands of work at all times. All snow and/or ice will be removed as directed by the County. All parking lots are to be plowed and salted with road/rock salt. All sidewalks and walkable areas, steps, and ramps are to be cleaned thoroughly of snow and ice and Magnesium chloride with a color enhancer applied. The term of the contract shall commence on execution and end September 30th, 2023 with the County having the exclusive option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods at the same terms, conditions and prices. Questions due September 26, 2022, by 1:00 PM EST.
