The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the control and/or removal of frozen precipitation including sleet, frozen rain, and snow from all sidewalks, steps, handicap ramps, walkways, bus shelters, parking areas and spaces, asphalt and other paved surfaces at each of the facilities during winter storm events. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
