Trades: Snow Removal - General Engineering Contractor
The Virginia Department of Transportation herein referred to as “VDOT” is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call as needed snow/ice removal from parking lots, entrances, roadways and sidewalks for VDOT’s office complexes located in Culpeper District (Warrenton, Louisa and Culpeper). The successful contractor(s) shall furnish services upon request by the Virginia Department of Transportation Culpeper District. For bidding purposes, the District will be broken down into three (3) Lots. Lot 1: Warrenton Residency, 457 E. Shirley Avenue, Warrenton, VA 20186, Lot 2: Louisa Residency, 3709 Davis Highway, Louisa, VA 23093, Lot 3: Culpeper District Complex, 1601 Orange Road, Culpeper, VA 22701. Period of contract: From date of award through one year (renewable). Provide questions no later than 3:00 PM on September 13, 2022. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
