Pre-qualified contractors for The removal and replacement of the existing built-up roofing system and flashing accessories in their entirety. Including all existing rigid roof insulation system down to the existing structural roof substrate. The removal and replacement of existing roof drains, roof hatches, ladders and safety guardrails where necessary. Infill abandoned structural deck penetrations and repair misc. exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope. Removal and replacement of existing exterior mechanical ductwork and curbs support system, in addition to exhaust fan curb replacements, including modifying any existing structural deck openings as required for new mechanical equipment curbs. Removal of abandoned exterior piping and mechanical equipment and miscellaneous electrical device replacements associated with the roof are included in the project scope of work, but not limited to, as defined by the contract documents.
