The project includes but is not limited to the following work within the City of Somerton, AZ: approximately 11,146 sy of pavement removal and replacement, installation of 2,172 lineal feet of 6-inch pvc waterline, fire hydrants, water services, and gate valves, tie-ins to existing water mains, and replacement of 8 existing sanitary sewer manholes. Project also includes removal and replacement of miscellaneous curb, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, and cross gutters, and survey monuments, and other work incidental to the City of Somerton, Somerton Heights Waterline Replacement and Street Improvements project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. The project shall be complete and in place within 150 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
