This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the City of Greeley’s 12th Street Storm Outfall: Phase 1 project (Project) invites submittals according to the requirements set forth in this Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), formatted pursuant to the guidelines in Section 5. The SOQs are reviewed and evaluated using the single-step, qualifications-based selection process described in Section 6. The capitalized terms in this SOQ have the meanings as first used in the text of this SOQ and as defined in Attachment A (Definition of Terms). Only emails sent to Owner Contact email above will be considered as responsive to the request for proposals. Following flooding events in 2013 and 2014, the City of Greeley contracted with ICON Engineering, Inc., in Centennial, CO, to update the North Greeley and Downtown Basin Drainage Master Plan. This conceptual plan was adopted in 2017. The most critical project identified in this Master Plan is the 12th Street Storm Outfall, which collects the 10-year storm runoff in the southern portion of the North Greeley and Downtown basin. The full project will convey stormwater runoff from 16th Avenue and 12th Street to the eventual outfall location near 2nd Avenue and 10th Street.
