The City of Loveland (City) Facilities Management Division is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Remediation Teams to provide remediation engineering services and underground fuel storage tank (UST) removal at the City’s Services Center located at 200 North Wilson Avenue, Loveland, Colorado. Companies are asked to electronically submit information pertaining to their qualifications in accordance with instructions provided in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This project provides for the closure and removal of four (4) existing fuel tanks (diesel & gasoline), and a remediation strategy which may be short term (e.g. removal of contaminated soil) or longer term (e.g. In-situ active or passive remediation). All potential remediation shall comply with Colorado Department of Labor & Employment regulations and requirements. The project scope of work is broken down into two tasks; Demolition & Removal of Tanks, and Remediation Engineering Bonds required.
