The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is inviting Statements of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to construct approximately 2,700 linear feet of new 8-foot diameter pipeline by tunnel construction, using either earth pressure balance or slurry tunnel boring machines with drilling fluid (water only will not be allowed) to limit surface settlement and groundwater extraction. Bonds required at bidding stage. Prevailing wages apply.
