Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, South Campus at 1531 Trinity Church Rd., Concord, NC meeting in the Parking Lot in front of Building 1000.
Trades: Parking Lot & Highway, Road Improvement or Repair - General Engineering Contractor
Contractor shall saw cut existing asphalt. Contractor shall demolish and properly dispose of debris off-site. Contractor is responsible for loacating and protecting all utilities within the project limits. Contractor is responsible for verifying all existing feautures, dimensions, stripping and arrows propr to start of construction. Length of driveway is approximately 235'. Install a total 4" asphalt in two lifts, 2" per lift. Subgrade must be compacted. All parking lot striping, traffic markings, and cross walks need to be replaces if they are removed during demolition. HUB certified contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
